MIKE GAIDAR
Operations Manager
Mike is the operations manager. He has worked at Northern Steel in several different capacities since 1987. His “get it done” attitude and his vast experiences with suppliers and customers is second to none.
Mike and his wife Lisa live with their kids in suburban Chicago. When not at work Mike enjoys coaching youth sports, collecting sports memorabilia and cheering for the Florida Gators. Ask him about his collection of Heisman autographs. He gives is time to various sports leagues in the town he lives in.
