We are located at 325 Tech Drive in Burns Harbor, at the end of the road on the north side of street. Our building is clearly marked with a sign in front.  

Truckers: 

While not absolutely necessary, it’s best to make us aware of your impending arrival and what you are delivering or picking up. Call 708-333-3400 or send an email to logistics@northernsteel.com. Your dispatcher should have told you what door to go to, but odds are they didn’t. So just in case, here’s the lay of the land:

• Our building is a rectangle.  Refer to the photo above.

• Door 5 is in back and is your first option for master coil deliveries and fork side access. It is a pull-through drive.  

• Our fork rear docks are located in front under doors marked 10 and 11. You must back into these doors.

• Our house carrier is Inland Freight and they get priority.
